About Me
by Brandy Rose July
I look at life as an adventure novel that I am still writing the pages in. Maybe I read too many books when I was a kid or maybe the near fatal motorcycle accident changed my perspective. Either way, I continually seek to grow and expand my knowledge both personally and professionally. I enjoy traveling and experiencing new places and cultures.
My IT knowledge is expansive and far reaching. My dad was a computer geek when computers were using punched cards and this whole technology jump, that we are in right now, began. I remember our first dial up modem and my dad's frustration at the slow connection while I was annoyed that I couldn't get on the phone to call my friends. Then I raised a super smart son who turned into a gamer; and was all over the internet before parental filters where really a thing. I figured out a lot of hacks and tricks along the way. My love for new and old technologies is undeniable. Yes, I always have the newest iPhone but I still like to work on PC's most of the time!
I also have the very first computer my dad gave me which I had no idea how to use at the time. It's a Vic 20 still in a 1970's suitcase that was always in the top of my closet growing up.
I've worn a lot of hats over the years. I worked for an IT Managed Service Provider, TSP, for 13 years. There I managed procurement, inventory, contracts, travel programs, credit card programs, party planning, facilities and operations. My past projects have included multiple office and inventory moves. I was a Product Owner for the internal ticketing and timesheet system that TSP developed. I enjoyed using my agile training on those projects.
On my nights and weekends, I was busy building up my Event Planning business. I helped many friends and family get married, have baby showers, and surprise parties. Here's the obligatory link to my past event work: Brandy Rose July Events | Facebook.
Today, I bring all of that experience into my work as a real estate professional. Real estate is one of the biggest projects and financial decisions many people will ever make, and it is a natural fit for my background in project management, problem-solving, and client service. I love helping buyers, sellers, and investors navigate the process with confidence, clarity, and a solid plan. Whether someone is searching for their first home, preparing to sell, relocating, or making strategic improvements before listing, I enjoy helping them move from idea to action.
I have discovered that my strengths as a Project Manager, Event Manager, and REALTOR® all work together beautifully. I enjoy managing timelines, coordinating moving parts, and working with multiple stakeholders to achieve a successful outcome. I also believe that every experience, especially the ones that do not go according to plan, gives us the opportunity to learn and do even better next time.
Projects can be challenging, and real estate can be emotional. I am here to lighten the load, help you stay organized, and guide you through the process with honesty, positivity, creativity, and professionalism. My first priority is always the best interests of my clients.
Whatever changes you are hoping to make or goals you are trying to achieve, I would be honored to provide creative solutions, practical guidance, and professional support every step of the way.
